2. Booking and Payment
Payment of any individual service or package is required to confirm a client booking and before
any work begins.
Services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
All payments are in GBP (£).
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service and accurate, tailored feedback, clients must:
Provide a complete draft of their document to be reviewed (CV, cover letter, application
form, or LinkedIn profile/text).
Share any relevant job vacancy information or opportunity details for tailored guidance.
Ensure submitted materials are written to a reasonable standard of English and provide
accurate information regarding experience, qualifications, and career objectives.
For coaching or interview sessions, ensure a quiet space and functional equipment
(microphone, webcam, internet).
4. Scope of Reviews and Follow-up
Each digital review includes one detailed assessment of one document or text (e.g. CV, cover
letter, application form or LinkedIn profile) with practical, tailored feedback.
I do not provide a document writing service; therefore, I do not create documents from scratch.
I can review and refine existing documents according to client requirements.
Follow-up support for clarification or refinement of the same document (CV, cover letter,
application form or LinkedIn profile), with tailored guidance for the originally provided
opportunity/vacancy, is available for three weeks from initial review delivery.
A new booking is required for reviews of new documents, for previously reviewed documents that
need customised guidance for a different opportunity, or for any additional support requested after
the initial three weeks. Feedback is delivered digitally, usually within five working days of receiving
all required materials.
5. Interview Practice & Career Coaching
Interview Practice sessions last up to one hour per session and include a post-session summary
report or action plan.
Career Coaching sessions last one hour per session and include a post-session summary report
or action plan.
Sessions are conducted according to mutual availability and must be scheduled in advance.
All sessions are not recorded, and recording by the client is strictly prohibited.
Sessions may be rescheduled by the client with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled
without notice are considered delivered.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Services focus on bespoke career coaching to meet individual needs, enhancing CVs, cover
letters, application documents, and LinkedIn profiles, and refining interview techniques to
strengthen professional presentation.
I have an excellent track record of helping clients improve applications, LinkedIn profiles, and
interview skills, supporting progression in selection processes.
While I provide professional guidance and tailored feedback to maximise your chances, I cannot
guarantee job offers, interviews, or career progression, as outcomes depend on factors beyond
my control.
7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All feedback, guidance, templates, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of
